You will find Cambridge Appraisals fees to be very competitive within the appraisal market. Our fees are generally based on an hourly rate, however, occasionally an agreed upon flat fee is used. Fees are based not only on the number of items to be appraised, but also on-site inspection time, travel time, research and writing time. Fees are quoted prior to beginning the project so you know before making a decision.
Cambridge Appraisals does not buy or sell personal property or artwork. Our fees are based on an hourly rate and are NOT contingent on the value of your property.
